1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fabulous Hair Salon's booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our booking system.

2. Booking Services

Our booking system allows you to schedule appointments with our stylists. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Pay for services rendered at the time of your appointment

3. Data Collection and Use

When you book an appointment, we collect the following information:

• Optional: Email address
• Your optional SMS consent preference for promotional messages

This information is used to manage your appointments and, if you opt in, send promotional offers. We do not currently send appointment confirmation texts to clients. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate our booking and communication systems.

4. SMS Communications

Program Name: Fabulous Hair Salon SMS

Program Description: We do not currently send appointment confirmation or reminder texts to clients. Your phone number is kept on your client file so the salon can reach you if needed.

Promotional Messages (Optional): If you choose to opt in to promotional messages by selecting the promotional SMS checkbox, you may receive occasional promotional texts and seasonal offers from Fabulous Hair Salon.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and promotional preferences.
Msg & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications.

We maintain records of SMS consent to comply with telecommunications regulations and messaging provider requirements.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Service Availability

Appointment availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fabulous Hair Salon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our booking system or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
